“I notice that you are a foreigner and may not have anyone you can trust and seek help from. You may even be a victim of human trafficking. This means that you are deprived of your freedom and / or exploited at work. Maybe someone controls you, you are not able to make your own decisions in your personal matters, you may have been deprived of the opportunity to communicate / interact with your loved ones and your surroundings, you may have been stripped of your personal documents, your work is unpaid or someone controls your earnings, they have taken away your cell phone…
You should know that, like any human being, you have the right to a fair pay, to health and to freedom of movement. If these rights have been violated, try contacting one of these organizations.”
